Victoria is a north Texas native, University of North Texas and Texas A&M University alum (gig ‘em), and bird mom who loves planning, traveling, and celebrating every occasion she can. By day, she is a project manager and process improvement specialist in healthcare, by night she is here for any and all of your planning and execution needs!
She has been planning corporate events, social events, and travel for over 5 years and has a project management professional certification and lean six sigma black belt to prove she knows the methodology behind planning and creating solid experiences for anyone. Whether you are looking for an affordable way to relieve your party planning stress by handing over every detail, or someone who struggles with technology looking to book a lavish vacation quickly, Victoria is here to guide you.

Victoria will reach out within 1-3 business days, and you will have an initial 30-45 minute discussion so Victoria can understand your vision, level of interest in being involved in the details, timeline, budget, and other expectations.

An invoice with the planning pricing based on what was discussed will be sent. This is due 50% upfront, 50% within 15 days of the event or trip end date.
Please note that the invoice will be for planning fees. Any aspects to be paid for to execute the event or trip (for example, the cost of booking a hotel room, catering, etc.) would all be paid for by you separate from the planning fee(s).
Victoria will not book anything that is outside of the previously agreed budget without express approval.
Depending on the size of the project, payment for the different aspects can work a few different ways:
-Option 1 (preferred): You will pay Victoria the full amount of the budget you allow for the event and after everything is booked, she will send you the receipts and any money back that wasn’t used in the actual booking.
-Option 2: You will pay for expenses directly using information provided by Victoria (for example she may send you a catering invoice with payment options you would use directly with the vendor)

Victoria will get to work and keep you in the loop every step of the way. If any major issues come up, she will reach out ASAP to seek a resolution.
Once everything is booked and ready, we are good to go!
If you requested onsite event management she will be there to assist you as agreed upon. If you don't need that service, you can still reach out with any last minute questions or concerns you may have about what is booked and the logistics of the event. If you change your mind at the last minute and need her on the day of, she will do her best to accommodate that and can add that fee to the final invoice to be paid 15 days after the event.
Note: onsite management is not available for travel planning but she again will be available and happy to help while you’re traveling with anything not going as planned..
